Yes!!! transformation is true !!.Now every player by a quest can transform to an animal at l2!.The only thing that u need is the quest. a very simple quest. first u will go giran and then from local gatekeeper, u will go to hardin's accademy. There u will speak to hardin .So simple...;) try it!
